Brahma Temple in Pushkar India
The Brahma temple of Pushkar is only Hindu temple where Lord Braham, the creator of universe is worshipped. Only 15 km from Ajmar, this holy temple is situated in the Pushkar valley. The Brahma temple, built with marble, is decorated with silver coins and there is a silver turtle on the floor of the temple. The temple enshrines a life-size idol of Lord Brahma. Without visiting Pushkar’s Braham temple your Rajasthan tour will be incomplete.

Nawab Saheb ki Haveli


If you thought that candle-lit chandeliers paandaans and attars can no more a part of some one’s everyday life, then you are wrong.Enter Haldion ka rastaa in Johari bazaar and narrow bylane takes you to Saleem Manzil built by Hakim Salim Khan. A Unani physician and the descendant of a soldier from the army of Babur. Step into the haveli and it’s mirror studded walls , carved pillars, gold net curtains, artifact collected over the centuries remind you of the dazzling sets you saw in period film like Mughal-e-Azam and Taj Mahal.

Yes , it is the same Nawab sahib ki Haveli which is 150 kms. old & one of the famous monuments of Jaipur . Earlier , due to less care of the monument ,it lost its charm & was closed later . But Now, this 150 year old haveli opens its doors again to Entertain Lovers of Good Food & Fine taste for Dinners .

In this haveli lives Nasimuddin khan pyare Mian , a man who has fought very hard to hold on to his family traditions. He is the grandson of Hakim Ajmal Khan, the renowned Unani physician who was also the president of the Indian national Congress and all India Khilafat Committee in 1920.Pyare Mian devotes a lot of time in retaining the ambiance of his larg haveli , complete with minakaari tables, silver surahis, hookahs, heritage furniture carved out of walnut wood and ebony that hark back to the 18th century and fresco- painted walls and ceilings. Nearly a budget of around 2 lakhs is set aside every year for the maintenance of the haveli.

The programme for Dinner starts by the Welcome Drinks served in old glasses . The guests can enjoy the pictures & the glasswork at this haveli . This is the venue where Prince Charles enjoyed his dinner during his visit to Jaipur .The food is served in the old crockery so that the guest can taste that old hospitality & culture along with the food .

Travel To Ajmer

Ajmer is a unique city,a beautiful blend of Hinduism and Islam.The city was founded by Raja Ajay Pal Chauhan in the 7th century AD till 1193 AD.Later it became the favourite residence of mughals.One of the first contact between mughals and British when sir Thomas Roe met Jhangir here in 1616.Ajmer is also famous for Dargah.
It is very easy to reach Ajmer.The nearest airport from ajmer is Jaipur.Rajasthan roadways run very comfartable deluxe buses from Jaipur.The roads are very good and it takes 2 hours to reach Ajmer.You can also hire a taxi.
